Join me for an online Sunday Night Reset at 8pm on Sunday, 27 July.
Do you find Sunday nights a little overwhelming? Does your mind race, thinking about everything you need to get done during the week? Perhaps you struggle to get to sleep on a Sunday night? Or find yourself waking up at 3am, unable to get back to sleep?
If so, then the Sunday Night Reset is a great way to help you start the new week feeling more relaxed, revitalised and in control.
You may have a busy, high-pressure job, or be running around taking care of children or elderly parents. Whatever you have going on in your life, taking time to relax and reset on a Sunday night can help you get a better night's sleep and wake feeling refreshed and revitalised on Monday morning.
What does it involve?
· A brief explanation of what’s happening in our brains when we feel stressed and overwhelmed on a Sunday night, and why it’s completely normal!
· The Power of the Positive – why it’s vital that we actively look for the good things in life every day, and perhaps most importantly, how we do this.
· We get solution-focused and explore one action YOU would like to take to make yourself feel happier, calmer and more in control during the week ahead.
· A 25-minute guided relaxation to help you calm your nervous system and support better quality sleep.
· A quiet end to the session so you can continue the rest of your evening feeling calm and relaxed.
· You’ll also receive, after the Sunday Night Reset, a recording of the relaxation for you to use when it’s time to go to sleep, as often as you want.

£10 per person.
Laptop, iPad or phone with Internet connection and access to Zoom. You’ll need to be able to see, and more importantly, hear me throughout the Sunday Night Reset. You'll also need to have a notebook and pen handy to write down your chosen action.
Find yourself a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed and you can relax safely. Ideally, an armchair, sofa or bed. I also recommend comfortable clothing and maybe a blanket to get cosy. This is your Sunday Night Reset, so PJs are entirely acceptable!
No, you don’t need to have the camera on if you’d feel more comfortable with it turned off. If you’d rather stay silent and just watch the Sunday Night Reset then that’s fine. This session is all about relaxation. I won’t ask you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable.
